This uses the menu in Appearances > Menus.  This automatically handles mobile and desktop for you.

To make this the new menu, open this page and the Header at the same time, editing both.  Right click and copy from here, open your tab with the Header, and paste over there.  Remove the old menus from desktop and mobile on the header, this does both automatically.
