Made from AAA Canadian-raised beef without the use of hormones or antibiotics, our ground chuck is cut from select muscles from the shoulder. This is what gives our chuck that perfect fat-to-lean ratio, making it perfect for burgers, meatballs, or any dish calling for ground beef.
