DELIVERY SCHEDULE:  Please find our below shipping schedule serving Halton, SouthWest ON to GTA though subject to change time to time. 

ORDER PROCESS: To help us best support your area- To ensure we can best meet your needs, Orders to place before 11pm, a Min of 2 days /48 hours prior to the day you like your delivery to arrive. You can also select up to 30 days ahead of order date preference/ gift giving.  During checkout, you’ll have the option to select your choice of delivery day /area or pick up with our Milton warehouse Location. For pick up, we will contact you to arrange best times to meet you. 

GIFTS or GROUP ORDERS?  Like to send a gift nationally or larger group orders, we can help! Feel free to email us below and we are happy to help arrange the best shipping options. 

CONDO/APT: Please note we are NOT able to deliver to Apartment buildings or Condos unless there is a Concierge/Security that will guarantee to hold /accept for you and instructions are noted on your order from.  

SPRING SUMMER Season: Please ensure someone is home to receive for your order day. IF you are not home for delivery, you can have a large enough cooler with ice packs placed outside your door.  For your Fresh/Frozen items these typically will hold for 1-3 hours inside a cooler. 

FALL WINTER Season:  Please ensure someone is home to receive for your order day to avoid freezing/damaging your fresh items. IF you are not home, you can leave a Cooler/s outside your door we can place items needed to stay cool, typically holds 1-3 hours.

IMPT NOTE: Based on many temperature/ weather variables, we are not able to guarantee the freshness if left outside or risk of being taken. Thank you for your understanding.
